Tour Confirmation Policy

Tour confirmation policy : In order to confirm your Tour, you’ll have to provide traveler details such as Name, Email Id, Contact number, and pick-up points. Once the process is completed; your tour will be confirmed.

Tour Payment policy : Upon your tour confirmation, you are required to pay 10% of the total payment. The rest of the payment shall be paid at the time of pick-up.

Cancelation and refund policy : You can cancel your tour package with us 15 Days ago from the scheduled date. You’ll get a full refund for the same. No refund request shall be entertained if you cancel the tour package at any of the seven days before the scheduled date of travel.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Amount: 30% advance required to block seat.
30+ days before departure: 90% refund of total trip cost.
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total trip cost.
0–14 days before departure: Non-refundable.
Force Majeure Clause: In case of landslides, blockades, or bad weather, alternate arrangements will be made at actual cost difference borne by the traveler.

Tour Program

Day 0 (Friday): Overnight Journey from Delhi to Rishikesh

Transfer: Board your AC Tempo Traveller/Volvo from Kashmere Gate / Majnu ka Tilla at 10:30 PM. Overnight drive to Rishikesh (approx. 240 km, 5–6 hours).

Day 1 (Saturday): Rishikesh Arrival, Rafting, Ghats & Overnight Stay at Rupam Campsite

Transfer: Arrive early morning in Rishikesh (6:30 AM). Check into Rupam Campsite, freshen up, and enjoy breakfast.
Activity: Head to Shivpuri for a 16 km white water rafting session (including cliff jumping). Post-lunch, explore Ram Jhula and nearby cafes, followed by witnessing the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat in the evening. Return to Rupam Campsite for a bonfire, light music, and dinner.
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Stay: Rishikesh (Rupam Campsite)

Day 2 (Sunday): Drive to Kanatal, Sightseeing & Evening Departure to Delhi

Transfer: Enjoy early breakfast at Rupam Campsite (7:30 AM), check out, and leave for Kanatal (approx. 78 km, 2.5 hours via Chamba). In the evening (around 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM), begin the return journey to Delhi (approx. 300 km, 7–8 hours).
Activity: Visit the Surkanda Devi Temple (trek 2 km or take the cable car) for 360-degree views of the snow-capped Himalayas. Explore the Kodai Jungle/Eco Park trail, and stop at the Tehri Lake viewpoint for photos and light snacks before setting off for Delhi.
